Well, what do you think? Is it about time to start saying "Merry Christmas" yet? I don't quite feel like it's Christmastime. I mean, we finally got snow (ugh, STILL haven't taken my test yet), and it is December, we're listening to Christmas music (sometimes), but it doesn't feel like Christmas yet. I'm sure I will by the end of the week, though, with all the stuff crammed into this last week of class.
Which reminds me... I need to figure out Christmas presents! Another thing to worry about. :P Maybe that's why it doesn't seem like Christmas: I'm in denial. But whether I'm aware of it or not, time will continue to pass, bringing Christmas and all other festivities along with it. I might as well be awake for it, yes?
This is going to be a crazy week. But I'm so excited for the concerts on Tuesday and Thursday! Especially the choir one. Now, before any of my band buddies try to jump me for saying so, can I just say that I've done quite a few Christmas band concerts, but this is still just my first choir one? Lemme enjoy it. I still love both choir and band, but I guess when you kinda like someone who is in one of them but not the other, that class takes a little more of your preference. :) Just a little. By the way, come to both if you can! They are both free of charge, although the choir one has some stuff you can buy at intermission if you want.
Also...don't you get annoyed when someone acts like they know everything about something, when really they don't, but even though you know they're wrong, they still believe they're right? Wow, that was WAY confusing. But do you get what I'm saying?
Anyway, there's a guy like this who has been showing up lately to choir on Sunday afternoons. He just...augh. Maybe it's because it's after church and I just want to go home, but he tends to get on my nerves; his voice doesn't exactly help, either. He tries to dispute things that are fairly common knowledge (for example, key signatures, time signatures, or the fact that the tenor part is typically written in treble clef, which he still doesn't quite believe).
It doesn't really bug me when people who actually know what they're talking about speak up (for example, pretty much every day in choir, the band people say something). But when they don't...well, it just gets really annoying. Ahem, okay, rant over.
Last week of school! Can I just tell you that I can't WAIT for the break?! :D If I can make it that far...

Ha ha. Tinana, me and you have the same backgrounds! That's so funny! Lol. I guess we're more alike then we first thought. (Minus you being prettier, of course. ;D)

Btw, I had an idea. Me and you should manage a blog or something together. I think we need to do more things, and because we never actually see each other (despite living ten minutes away) this could totally help! Tell me what you think!
Love ya tons!
