I could've sworn I'd posted something yesterday when I updated my playlist...I guess not.
So... I am that close to finishing my online class; I'm hoping to have it done by later today, and then I can go take the final...hopefully tomorrow? We'll see. Summer's more than half over, school should be DONE, dang it! :P
Today will be day number THREE of girls camp stuff-painting. The YCLs (Youth Camp Leaders) all met on Tuesday to decorate our shirts white and gold (they look quite awesome, let me tell you), but I didn't quite finish mine, cuz I had a date right after. In fact, I got picked up at Sydnee's house (where we were painting), that's how right after it was. Yay for having gold paint all over my arms. ;) Haha, I love how all the girls came running to the door, too. :P Anyway, it was a very fun night, at least for me. :D
Wow, what a tangent. Day two of stuff-painting was yesterday, when we did our camp "scrubs". They were actually shorts, so we can only wear them in the cabin while we're up there, but they're very cute! Since we're Italy, there's the Italian flag painted on one side, and Girls Camp 2008 or whatever you decided to put on the other side. Our names were supposed to be on the back, but I didn't have time. It took sooo long for those little sponge letters to get around to everyone that I barely got Girls Camp 2008 on mine before the paints got all packed up. Today will be more YCL shirt-and-flag-painting. I have no idea how we're gonna do a Zion flag, though. This will be fun... :) But with all these paint fumes, I'm wondering...how ironic is it that we could be getting high on paint while doing this for a church thing? I thought it was funny...
Well, I hadn't really anticipated that this post would be all about paint, but that's kinda how it turned out, isn't it? Okay, getting back to my class now.

Lol, that makes me think of how Channing would really get high on rubber cement in 5th/6th grade :)
My words of advice, (if you're going to Shalom... which I'm pretty sure you are ;)) bring lots of bug spray, and use it often! There are more mosquitos then usual up there, and it is gross :P I'm excited for you! :D
tiana! you should see the flag! it's pretty much awesome! (but I didn't help... like at all... Marcela wanted me to go watch so you think you can dance w/ her, so i did :P) but it looks awesome! kudos to the girls who made it!
