Wow.

School is pretty much out. No more class, no more bells, no more homework... at least for the next couple of months or so. Of course, just because school's out doesn't mean that our lives are going to slow down any. Most of us are just as busy, or even busier during the summer than during the normal school year. With school out of the way, there's more time for jobs, sports, and just being with friends.

Even though most of the kids that left school today (or yesterday) are coming back next year, there's at least a good third of them that aren't coming back. These are the seniors. As of tomorrow, they'll be officially graduated from high school, and thrown headfirst into the real world. All I can say is that I am so glad I'm not there yet. I'm halfway through my own high school career, and I still have so much to learn and experience before I leave. I've had a great experience thus far, and I hope to build upon it in the years to come. I think that for the most part, this year's seniors are ready to leave, whether or not we're ready to let them. I know they'll be just fine, and besides, sooner or later, it'll be our turn.

And so, Classes of '09 and '10, hang in there.

Class of 2008,

CONGRATULATIONS.
